Our breeding program is built around dogs we love — health-tested, titled, and raised as true family members.

Every breeding decision at Cloverdale begins with health. All of our dogs carry OFA certifications for hips, elbows, and eyes, and are tested for the genetic markers most relevant to the Australian Shepherd breed.

Beyond clearances, we select for the temperament that makes Aussies such extraordinary companions — intelligent, loyal, and deeply connected to their families. Our dogs live in our home, not in kennels.

Sage is everything we love about the breed — brilliant, devoted, and endlessly patient. She's the dog who greets every visitor with a toy in her mouth and settles quietly at your feet in the evening. Her litters are known for producing puppies with exceptional family temperaments.

Named for our kennel, Clover is our youngest dam and the one who made us fall in love with red merles all over again. She's playful, affectionate, and has a natural gift for reading people. We're excited to see what she brings to future litters.
